Privacy Policy

To fulfil an order: your name, email, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. For a booked session we also hold the birth data, question or context you supply, and share it only with the practitioner you booked.

If you write to us: your message and email address, so we can answer.

If you subscribe: your email address only.

We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely on the payment provider’s own hosted page.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with any third party for marketing. Not ever, not for any price.

Your basket, saved items and chosen theme are kept in your own browser’s local storage — they never reach our servers.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics, where used, are aggregate and carry no personal identifiers.

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Correspondence is kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which takes one click.

Birth data, questions and session notes supplied for a booked reading or healing are deleted 12 months after the session unless you ask us to keep them.

You may ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days, usually far sooner.

You may complain to your national data protection authority if you think we have handled your data badly.
