Terms of Service

A contract is formed when we send the confirmation email, not when you place the order. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we may decline the order and refund you in full — we will not quietly substitute something else.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax where it applies. Import duties are separate and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Enrolment buys one person a personal, non-transferable licence to view the material. Sharing logins, re-uploading video or reselling the workbooks is a breach of that licence and will end access without refund.

Teaching from what you have learned is entirely yours to do — that is the point. Reproducing our recordings or workbooks as your own is not.

Booking pays for a practitioner’s time and attention, not for a specified outcome. No session is sold on the promise of a particular result.

Practitioners may decline or end a session where continuing would be irresponsible — during screening, at intake, or partway through. Where that happens you are refunded, in full or pro rata.

Sessions are held one-to-one and are confidential. Recordings are made for you; we keep no copy beyond the delivery window unless you ask us to.

Do not record a practitioner without asking. They will almost always say yes.

Nothing sold, taught or offered in session here is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our materials and sessions are for study and personal practice.

We make no guarantee of any particular outcome from any object or practice. Anyone who does is not being straight with you.

If you have a health concern, consult a qualified practitioner. Our own energy-healing training devotes a full module to when to refer someone to a doctor, and we mean it.

You must be 18 or over to buy from this site or to enrol in a course.

We are liable for what we get wrong: faulty goods, misdescription, our own negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We are not liable for how you choose to use what you buy, or for indirect losses arising from that use.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
