Raw black tourmaline from Minas Gerais, unpolished, with the striations running the length of the crystal as they should. Sold as a single threshold stone or as a set of four for the corners of a room.

Practice
Setting a threshold
Wash the stone in cold running water, dry it, and say out loud — actually out loud — what the boundary is for. Set it where the door opens, not where it is decorative. Rinse it monthly. That is the whole practice; anything more elaborate is decoration on top of it.
