The piece
Five natural clear quartz points, hand-selected for clarity and matched for height, from the Corinto district of Minas Gerais. Unpolished terminations — these are as they came out of the ground, washed and nothing more. Sized and arranged for grid work, with a printed card of four classical layouts.

A note on "included" stones
Included quartz — full of veils, phantoms and rainbows — is sold at a discount because the market prizes clarity. A great many practitioners prefer it, on the grounds that a stone with a visible history is easier to work with than a flawless one. We price it lower because the market does; we do not think it is lesser.
