Coarse Dead Sea salt and Epsom blended with whole jasmine flower, moonflower petal and a little blue lotus, scented only with true essential oil. No dye, no fragrance oil, no glitter — the water stays clear and your bath stays unblocked.
Practice
The soak
Two generous handfuls in the muslin bag under a hot tap. Twenty minutes, no phone, and let the water go cold around you before you get out — the ending matters as much as the beginning. Rinse afterwards in cool water if you can bear it.
Please do not use if
- You are pregnant — jasmine and blue lotus are both best avoided
- You have broken or very sensitive skin
- You are allergic to any Oleaceae or Nymphaeaceae botanical
- You have low blood pressure — long hot soaks are not for you
