The piece
Seven tumbled stones for the seven gates — red jasper, carnelian, citrine, green aventurine, sodalite, amethyst and clear quartz — each 25–30 mm and each labelled with its species and origin. Supplied in a fitted linen case that lies open flat beside a treatment couch.
Practice
Laying the gates
Work upwards from the root, and leave each stone in place a full three minutes before setting the next — most people rush this and feel nothing, then conclude the stones are inert. Remove in reverse order. The removal matters as much as the placing, and almost nobody is told so.
On dyed stones
A great deal of what is sold as blue howlite, green agate or "aqua aura" is dyed or vapour-coated. There is nothing wrong with liking how they look, but they are sold as something they are not. Nothing in this set is dyed, coated or reconstituted, and each slot names the species so you can check us.
