What this is

For people who have read widely, bought a good deal, and practise inconsistently. Six monthly sessions building one coherent practice you will actually keep — with someone who will notice when you quietly stop doing it.

What happens

  1. 01

    The first session

    An honest audit: what you actually do, not what you mean to do. Most people discover their practice is about a quarter of what they believed it was.

  2. 02

    The middle

    One practice, built and adjusted month by month. Nothing new is added until the last thing is genuinely habitual.

  3. 03

    The close

    A written practice you own and can carry on alone, which is the entire object of the exercise.

    She noticed when I stopped
